LAHS News:

More than 300 members of the Los Alamos High School (LAHS) Class of 2022 will receive their high school diplomas Saturday, May 28.

Staff have already begun preparing for the graduation ceremony, which will be held outdoors at Sullivan Field.

Sullivan Field and the track will close May 26 through Tuesday, May 31 for graduation preparations and ceremonies. Community members are invited to use the Los Alamos Middle School track during this closure. The community’s cooperation and understanding is greatly appreciated.

The graduation ceremony will take place at Sullivan Field. Entry is by ticket only. Ticket holders will be asked to use different gates based upon the last name of the graduate. Ticket holders whose students have last names A-K will enter through the gates closest to the practice field next to UNM-LA; those whose students have last names L-Z will enter through the gates closest to the church parking lot.

The activities continue as graduates and one guest are invited to Senior Appreciation Night starting at 6 p.m. A Los Alamos tradition since 1984, SAN is sponsored by Los Alamos businesses and organizations, and features games, music, a carnival, photos, skating, climbing, a movie and prizes.
