Los Alamos Summer Concert Series Covid-19 Update Video

Summer Concert Series News:

The 2020 Los Alamos Summer Concert Series presented by Toyota of Santa Fe is monitoring the Covid-19 pandemic and following the recommendations of county, state and federal authorities as they pertain to large gatherings.

At this time there are no directives to postpone or cancel any of the 2020 Los Alamos Summer Concert Series dates, which are still two months away. The concerts will take place each Friday May 22 through Aug 28.

Sancre Productions has produced a short video for the people of Los Alamos to remember the good times of the past and look forward to better times in the near future.  The video is meant to lift spirits, show strength in unity and provide a light of hope at the end of the tunnel for our community.

The video gives special thanks to the 2020 sponsors and partners who continue to support the 2020 Los Alamos Summer Concert Series.

As an update to the 2020 Concert Series planning process, Sancre Productions maintains a close and collaborative working relationship with Los Alamos County and its multiple agencies that assist Sancre’s concert production including: Los Alamos Fire Department, Los Alamos Police Department, Parks, Recreation and Open Space, Atomic City Transit, Zero Waste, DWI and Community Services Department.

“Together, we are working with these departments to ensure that the concert series is executed with the highest standards of public safety and cleanliness,” Producer Monica Griego said. “The health and wellbeing of our concert audiences, production team staff, collaborating county employees, artists and concert vendors is, and always has been, our highest priority.

“We realize that this is a fluid situation and may change and we are prepared to do whatever is safe for the people of Los Alamos and surrounding communities that attend our free concerts. Updates can be found regularly on our Facebook page, and our current full 2020 Concert line-up announcement is scheduled for early May.”
