Los Alamos MainStreet News:

The 2019 Los Alamos County Fair and Rodeo Parade will march up Central Avenue beginning at 10 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 10.

This is an opportunity for businesses and organizations to promote their services and products by participating in the parade. Registration to participate in the parade is free and now open via the Los Alamos MainStreet website at LosAlamosMainStreet.com or directly via Eventbrite. Participants must register by Aug. 2.

The theme of this year’s Los Alamos Fair and Rodeo weekend is “Off the Beaten Path”. Judges on Central Avenue and MainStreet will assess parade entries based on originality and interpretation of the theme as well. This year’s parade route and staging area will vary slightly due to current road construction, but will still take place along Central Avenue.

For the full schedule of the Fair and Rodeo events, led by Los Alamos County and community partners, visit the County Recreation page. Details also are posted on the Los Alamos MainStreet website.
