National Hispanic Cultural Center Announces 2023 FIFA Women’s World Cup Watch Parties Begin July 21

ALBUQUERQUE — The National Hispanic Cultural Center (NHCC) is the place to be for the 2023 FIFA Women’s World Cup. Starting Friday, July 21, the Center, in partnership with the City of Albuquerque and New Mexico United, will host four free prime-time watch parties from the scenic NHCC Plaza Mayor, featuring food and beverages from women-owned businesses, live-streamed games on a massive 30-foot screen, and, of course, hundreds of passionate New Mexico fans.

Tony Borek Is Best Predictor In Weekly Pace Race

Tony Borek was the top predictor in the weekly Atomic City Road Runners (ACRR) pace race held Tuesday on Rendija Road with a 19 second differential off his predicted time.
Other accurate predictors were:
- Adrian Medin, 12, at 42 seconds off as well as the best finisher in the the 1 mile distance with a time of 7:14;
- Anders Medin, 13, with a 72 second difference;
- Jan Velechovsky at 93 seconds off; and
- Priscila Rosa with a 97 second differential
