RE/MAX First Collecting Donations For LA Cares Dec. 1-22

RE/MAX First has announced a holiday partnership with local nonprofit organization LA Cares. The real estate brokerage will serve as a collection site for donations of canned and non-perishable foods, which LA Cares will then distribute to Los Alamos residents experiencing food insecurity.

OSI Approves Decrease In Workers’ Comp Loss Costs

OSI News:

ALBUQUERQUE — The Office of Superintendent of Insurance (OSI) has recently approved a rate proposal submitted by the National Council on Compensation Insurance (NCCI) that will reduce voluntary workers’ compensation loss costs by an average of 10.7 percent, to become effective for policies renewing on or after Jan. 1, 2023.

This marks the eighth consecutive year in which OSI approves a loss cost decrease for workers’ compensation.
