Los Alamos Badminton players dominated the field in the 2017 New Mexico Games Badminton tournament, bringing home gold and silver medals in men’s singles and gold and bronze in men’s doubles competition.
 
In the men’s singles tournament, Blake Hovde was victorious over fellow Los Alamos teammate Po-E (Paul) Li in a dramatic final, taking the championship match 17-21, 29-27, 21-14.
