She shares how the program benefited her company: “As a result of going through the program, my fellow business owners and I developed Growth Action Plans (GAPs) for our businesses that outline a realistic road map to achieve self-developed goals, which will take our businesses to the next level within two to five years.

After going through the Emerging Leaders Program, I feel confident that High Water Mark has a strong base and plan that will help me achieve my larger long term vision and goals.”
